Overview

Make the Pasta is a cognitive disambiguation assistant built by tara.city LLC. We collect as little data as possible to run the workspace you came here to use. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information. When you register, we store your email address to create your account and send you essential messages like password resets and payment confirmations.
• Workspace content. The ambitions, targets, labels, and notes you create are stored so the app can show them back to you. You can edit or delete any of it at any time.
• Payment records. When you pay the registration fee, our payment processor (Wix Payments, branded as Base44 Payments) handles the transaction. We store a record of the purchase status so we can grant access, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage analytics. We track aggregate events — like how many workspace entries are created — to understand whether the method is landing. We do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your data to:

• Run the workspace — storing and displaying the content you create.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process payments and grant access after a successful purchase.
• Send you service emails (password resets, activation, support replies).
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the method and the app.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your workspace content with third parties.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• We do not track you across other websites or apps.

Your data is yours

Anything you upload — concept maps, images, notes, ambitions, or targets — is your data. We do not view it, read it, or use it for any purpose beyond showing it back to you in the workspace. It is not used to train AI models, analyzed for insights, or shared with anyone. You retain full ownership of everything you create here, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Public workspaces

A workspace owner can set their workspace to public and read-only. When they do, the content in that workspace is visible to anyone who has the link. If your workspace is public, anyone can read it — keep that in mind before adding sensitive information.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete any ambition, target, or label in your workspace at any time.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us — we will remove your data within 30 days.
• You can set your workspace to private at any time from the workspace settings.

Data retention

We keep your workspace content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days. We retain payment records as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Intellectual property

The Make the Pasta method described in this app is the private intellectual property of tara.city LLC. Anyone is free to use the method for their own work. Repackaging this method for your own offerings or products is not authorized.

By creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain language so you know what you're getting into.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account in a way that bypasses the registration fee.

Your content

Anything you create in the workspace — ambitions, targets, labels, notes, uploads — is your content. You retain full ownership of it.

• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you in the workspace.
• We do not view, read, sell, or use your content for any purpose beyond running the app for you.
• You can edit or delete any of your content at any time.

Payments and access

• A one-time registration fee opens your private workspace. The fee is shown on the pricing page at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Wix Payments (branded as Base44 Payments). We do not see or store your full card number.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing for new registrations; any change does not affect access you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not resell or repackage the Make the Pasta method as your own product.

The service

• Make the Pasta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

As-is basis & termination

• Services are provided on an "as is" basis. No warranty is expressed or implied.
• We may terminate your access or the service itself at any time, with no warning.
• You can safeguard your data by exporting your ambitions and targets regularly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tara.city LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to access the service.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the workspace settings or by contacting us. We will remove your data within 30 days of a deletion request.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
